What Is Yü Energy's Cancellation Policy?
To cancel your energy contract with Yu Energy, you will need to send a termination letter within your contract termination window.
If you are on a Fixed Energy Plan and submit termination notice more than 30 days prior to your contract end date, your contract will be terminated at your contract end date. You will then be free to leave Yü Energy, if there is no outstanding balance on your account.
Businesses are advised to not break their business energy contract early as they may incur significant exit fees.
