Work From Home & Hybrid Working
We work Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 5 pm. You can expect to work Monday through Friday, with no weekends or late evenings. Teammates can split their time between home and office working to make the week work for them.

Hey, I’m Natalie! I’ve been working at LOVE for 10 years now, and I’m absolutely loving it. The best part for me is definitely the people and the atmosphere! I work in our Meter Installs Department, coordinating between customers, suppliers, and the Network Operators to ensure businesses get their new meters installed smoothly. On a typical day, you’ll find me sending contracts, handling Letters of Authority and arranging installations.
LOVE really stands out from anywhere else I’ve worked; it has a relaxed but professional vibe. The atmosphere is easy-going and fun compared to other offices. Plus, working a 4-day work week helps me maintain a great work-life balance, especially with my baby boy, Ezra.
During my time here, I’ve had three milestone promotions: working my way from Lead Generation, to New Business Sales, then progressing to Customer Renewals and now on the Bespoke Team.
To succeed here, it’s all about being yourself, having confidence, and being willing to learn and persevere. After 10 years, LOVE still is the best place to be for me!

Hi, I’m Sho! I’ve been with the New Business Energy Sales Team at LOVE for the last 5 years. One of the best things about my job is the potential to earn an uncapped commission; it's a genuine sales role where hard work and consistency are truly rewarded. What sets LOVE apart from other places I’ve worked is how we sell the brand of Love Energy. We’re not just making sales, we’re representing a brand that stands for fair pricing and great customer service, which really resonates with our customers.

For me the best part of being at LOVE is my colleagues and the fast pace of the business as it continues to grow and progress. My role involves reporting and analysing business performance to drive future forecasting and help shape our next steps.
One of my proudest moments so far was winning a Buzz Award and completing my CIMA studies while working here; both were huge achievements for me.
Working here is welcoming, motivating, and collaborative, which really makes you feel part of something special. I was surprised by how fast-paced things are, but it’s exciting to be part of a business that’s constantly moving forward.
Enjoying a good work-life balance is easy thanks to the flexibility. LOVE’s core hours policy lets me start earlier, which works perfectly for balancing my day.
A typical day for me involves checking sales performance against targets, identifying any areas that might be struggling, and figuring out how we can improve.
To succeed in my position, you need an analytical mindset, great time management, and strong data awareness. It’s all about being able to ask the right questions and dive into the details!
