    Your business bill is made of your wholesale costs and your retail fee. Your retail fee is set by your water retailer (in this case Everflow) and covers the cost of managing your account, your billing, and any related services.

  • How Do I Carry Out An Everflow Water Meter Reading

    To read an Everflow water meter there are some simple steps you need to take:

    Step 1 - Identify your meter: Find out where your meter is, it could be under a sink or behind a toilet. It could also be in the ground of your property boundary - if it is outside, you might need a flathead screwdriver to prise open the lid. You can then match the serial number on the meter against your bill.

    Step 2 - Reading your meter: Next, take a photo of the meter.

    Step 3 - Submit your meter read: Go to the Everflow Utilities Meter Read page and enter your details alongside the photo of your meter, then you’re done!
