  • What is the Sky Business Broadband Compensation Policy?

    Sky Business broadband offers compensation for loss of service in certain situations. This is a part of the Automatic Compensation scheme set up by industry regulator Ofcom. 

    Here are the compensation amounts: 

    • Delayed repair following loss of service - £9.76 for each calendar day that the service is not repaired. 
    • Missed appointments (less than 24 hours notice) - £30.49 per missed appointment.
    • Start of new service delay - £6.10 for each calendar day of delay, including the missed start date.

    This is the industry standard in line with other broadband providers.
